What does it cost?
2.5% of the pre-tax food subtotal per delivered order. No setup fee, no monthly fee during the pilot. Tips are excluded from the fee entirely.
Who are the drivers?
Independent drivers on the Zappy network. You set the delivery pay for each order; drivers see it upfront and choose the offers they want. Payouts release instantly at proof of delivery.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They order from your existing website or app, exactly like today. Nothing changes for them.
How are driver payouts funded?
You keep a prefunded balance, shown in dollars, that auto-tops-up from your bank when it runs low. Each order’s driver pay releases from it at delivery. We seed your first $100.
How is this different from DoorDash?
DoorDash is a marketplace: it owns the customer relationship and takes around 25% of the ticket. Zappy is infrastructure: no consumer app, no competing listing — your brand, your data, your margin.
